We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to shift. To honor the energy, time, and resources that go into creating our retreats, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits secure your space and allow us to reserve accommodations, transportation, and experiences in advance.

Participant Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation:

• 90+ days before retreat start date: Payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee.

• 60–89 days before the retreat: 50% of your total retreat fee (including all payments made) is refundable.

• 30–59 days before the retreat: No refunds are available, but you may transfer your spot to another participant you find.

• 0–29 days before the retreat: No refunds or transfers are available.

• Payment plans remain subject to the same cancellation timelines. Any unpaid balance is still due according to your plan.

 

Transfers

If you are within the eligible transfer window, you may transfer your reservation to another participant one time at no additional cost.

All transfers must be approved by our team before being finalized.

 

No-Shows & Early Departures

No refunds are given for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the retreat.

 

Retreat Cancellations by Organizers

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control:

• You will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

• We are not responsible for refunding airfare or other travel expenses; for this reason, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

 

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

• Trip cancellation coverage

• Trip interruption

• Medical coverage abroad

• Emergency evacuation

• Coverage for loss of baggage or personal items

• Travel insurance protects both you and our team from unexpected circumstances.

By submitting your deposit and registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
